Gospel is just a word like any other — it specifically means good news. But what good news? Costco and Walmart have good news. So what good news are we talking about?
The gospel is the good news that you can know you're going to heaven when you die — before you die.

Point 1
All Have Sinned
Everyone is a sinner, less perfect than God. The Virgin Mary, the Pope, your minister, your mother, you and I — all are sinners.

Point 2
Eternal Separation
The result and penalty of sin is death — separation from God. Sin is not paid for by good works, penance, church membership, water baptism, etc. Sin is paid for by death. God does not hate the sinner, but He hates the sin. He hates sin because it separates us from Him, and He doesn't want us to be separated from Him.

Absolute Perfection
The eternal heaven will be a perfect place. No sin could enter this heaven. Man must be perfectly righteous to go to heaven.

Not of Works
Nothing man could do could help him obtain the absolute perfection God requires for eternal life.

Sufficient Payment
Christ made a complete payment for all sin and offers His righteousness. Christ never sinned. He lived a perfect life. Yet He took our sins upon Himself and paid for them. He did this so He could give us God's righteousness in place of our sin.

Believe and Receive
All man must do to be saved is to BELIEVE Jesus was the Lord who paid for all his sin — RECEIVE Christ as his Saviour. God gives eternal life only to those who will accept it by faith alone.

Everlasting Means Forever
Man can know he has eternal life now because eternal life IS eternal. Notice — the gift of God is ETERNAL LIFE. Not "life until you sin again," nor "life until you backslide."

We believe Jesus, who is called the Christ, died for the sin and iniquity of the entire world. And because we believe his sacrifice was for us, He will take us to heaven to be with God for eternity.
Because we believe this, we find it morally and eternally imperative to tell other people this good news, so that they can put their faith in Christ and go to heaven as well.
Due to this imperative our mission as a household is to be found faithful with whatsoever we have and use it for the furtherance of the gospel being shared with others.
Therefore, our choices are the foundation of our faithfulness based on the Word of God.
Let our words be pleasing unto the Lord. Let our actions serve his purposes and not our own. Let us rely solely on Jesus and His Word.
Are you going to heaven?

HWY 78 & 56
Bonham, TX
I stand on the corner of Highway 78 and 56 in Bonham, Texas and hold a bunch of signs. The chief sign says: Are you going to heaven? You can know.
I had the idea during a Bible study when we went through 1 Corinthians chapter 1. When we got to verse 21 I just laughed out loud, because I had this image in my head of me getting laughed at holding up a sign in my truck bed. Everyone just looked at me for my strange unexpected outburst, and I explained myself — to which my best friend said 'well now you have to do it.' And so I did, and now I do.
Don't know how long I will do it for or how profitable it is on this side of heaven. But to the people who stopped by and changed their minds and put their faith in Christ: worth it.

I asked the Lord for an opportunity to serve, and He put it in my way. He gave me the choice of whether or not to take it, and I had the desire; so I went for it. I preach one sermon to a different group of guys each week.
The sermon works through 1 Corinthians chapter 3 — establishing the gospel first, then showing from Paul's letter to the Corinthians why God leaves believers on the earth after salvation, what good works are and are not, and how God will reward each believer's choices at the judgment seat of Christ.
I'm not allowed to bring in anything to the jail but a Bible — no cameras or other materials. But I want people to feel involved in this ministry. On my YouTube channel I'm working on putting up a 'Q&A from the Jail' so that others can see how good the inmates' questions are, and the responses I gave from the Bible — with a follow up answer if I didn't have a biblical answer at the time and needed to go and study.

The intent of building inventions is as a hook for the gospel. I have a utility patent for a prototype and am working on my next prototype currently.
In Genesis 1:28 God gives clear instructions to mankind to 'subdue the earth' — meaning to take raw materials and build something from them. By designing and building prototypes I hope to show others Christ through the work of my hands. All for the honor and glory of the Lord. Matthew 5:16.

We have a sawmill and a kiln where we recycle trees from arborists or customers and turn them into usable lumber.
I didn't design the trees or make them grow, but I hope to show the handiwork and beauty of God's creation in the grain of these logs.
